Ship a game, not just a demo.
Experienced guidance for AI-assisted game developers working through the problems that come after the prototype.
Your prototype works. Now:
- You're not sure what "done" looks like, or how far away it is
- The to-do list gets longer every time you open it
- All the tutorials are for beginners. You're past that.
- Every fix seems to break something else
- You hesitate to ask for help online because all the comments are about AI, not your game
That's the part someone who's shipped games can help with.

02Who am I
Hello, I'm Nikhil. I've spent 15 years in software and more than a decade shipping games, including as Lead AI Engineer on Amazon's New World, lead gameplay and systems engineer on World of Warcraft: Pandaria Remix, senior engineer on Amazon Lumberyard, and other roles across games and game technology.
I now run Seahorse Studios, building mobile games and apps with Claude Code as my main implementation layer. Same tools you're using, plus a decade of knowing what "done" looks like for video games.
If your project is working but getting harder to move forward, letβs talk.
Founding rate: the first 5 projects get the 2-hour session for $150 instead of $250.
